I was listening to KLove this morning on the way to work and they were talking about a survey that Duke University did on peoples view on God. And like they were saying this morning, it is really sad what American's think about our MIGHTY God! I'll share with you what they said:
56% of people view God as Authoritative
37% of people view God as Benevolent
33% of people view God as Critical
18% of people view God as Distant
God is such a mighty God that is right here with each one of us. He is always listening to us and answering us! He is always guiding us in the direction that he has planned for us! He is tender, passionate, ever forgiving, patient, merciful, LOVES US PERFECTLY and many more things! It breaks my heart to think that others don't know this about our God!!
After talking about this they played this song and it is perfect for this discussion!
