We got on the road Thursday morning around 7:30 headed to Dallas! It was a rather boring trip.. as there isn't much to look at. But we made the best of it. We took a DS and played it! Ryan drove most of the way, of course, but I did give him a break from time to time! We got to Dallas around 12:45 or so. By the way, if you have never been to Dallas, its very confusing and a lot of construction going on!! One road has 2 or 3 different names, turns to a different road, while never changing roads.. I could go on and on.. Not to mention, they drive like manics! You think Jackson drivers don't pay attention to speed limit signs, go to Dallas, its way worse!!
After making it to the hotel, we met up with Jerry, Kristen, Chad, Diane and Moose at a sports bar in downtown. The parade and pep rally were going to be down there. We met them at a place called Dick's Last Resort.. It was very crowded but we had a great time.

We are very glad that we made the trip, it was great. And man did we laugh lots while we were there. It is hard to find our way around so we laughed instead of getting mad!! Even GPS's get confused there!!!!!!!
