Let the Fun Begin

Monday, August 15 was my first day of Nursing School. Man were my nerves running wild.  I had been to orientation but the first day of class would be different and I didn't know what to really expect.  I am the type of person that likes to know what things are going to be like :) but I was really excited.
Just an idea of the books you have to have for Nursing School
My first 2 days of school have been good.  LOTS of information but very interesting.  I see myself becoming a professional note taker within the next 2 years :) I have made a few friends already which is nice.  One is in my clinical group and the other just sits beside me in class.  My clinical group is small and all girls.  I am looking forward to starting clinicals and actually being in a hospital/medical setting.
Closer look at my many books!

I am beyond thankful to have the opportunity to take this journey!  I know that God has called me to this profession for a reason and I am excited to use my knowledge and skills as a nurse for his Glory!  I am blessed to have an AMAZING Husband that is working so hard for his family to allow me to be able to go to school full time!  I can't say enough about him, he is incredible!!!  He is my #1 supporter.  He always reminds me that I will do great and to keep focused on the results!  He loves me even when I am whining, complaining and doubting my ability to do this!  And he always reminds me that God called me to do that and that he will be with me each step of the way!! Which he is so right!  And through all of this ALL of the Glory will go to God because without him this would not be possible!  I have 2 verses that I am clinging to while I am in school.

"I can do all things through Christ who Strengthens me"
Philippians 4:13

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Isaiah 41:10
