This is the Stuff

I have always like this song.  However, when you have had one of "those" days when nothing seems to be going right and you just want to scream this songs opens your eyes.  I had been having a rough day a few weeks ago and as we were driving to dinner this song came on.  At first I just started listening to it as a regular song, then it hit me... he is trying to tell you something.  So I really listened to the words and realized that even when my days are bad and not going as "I" had planned them, God was using this stuff to show me something.  Whether it be to stay calmer in rough times instead of speaking to soon, or not letting somethings get to me.. he is always trying to teach me something.  I just have to choose to be still and listen and watch for what he is trying to show me through the rough times.  It is not always easy but God is always there to help me get through it!
